Happy Easter Everyone!

A little help from dad getting my hard to reach eggs
This last week has been hectic. Caden came down with a fever that lasted 7 days. Followed by a rash that turned quite itchy. We realize if he wasn't 100% they might cancel the cath so we have been nursing him back to health. We followed up with Cardiology on Friday and since the fever broke they will proceed, but they warned if bloodwork comes back and they aren't happy with his numbers they will send us home and reschedule.
Two days after Caden's fever broke Griffin started to get sick. I know anyone who has kids understands the frustration of one being sick, but why not both at the same time. So we spent the weekend coming into Easter laying low, relaxing, trying to get both kids healthy. In the meantime we were able to get outside to see what the Easter Bunny left behind.
What a great day! God has died for our sins, has rose from the dead, and is watching over us, strengthening us, and guiding us in everything we do. God is good!
Anxious about tomorrow………..it seems like this should get easier but it seems to get harder. Cath is at 11:30, we check in at 9:30 for pre-op.
