Hi Everyone. Just wanted to wish you all a Happy Easter. Caden is doing good keeping down all his food and enjoying all the love from Grandpa and Grandma Smith who came up to spend Easter with us. We also got to enjoy a nice afternoon Easter lunch at the Ronald McDonald Home.

ReplyDeleteToday is Sunday April 12th and that means it is Easter Sunday. But Since I am sure the Easter Bunny has already came to visit, you should already know that.
Like the origin of Easter, the origin of the Easter Bunny has roots that go back to pre-Christian, Anglo-Saxon history. The holiday was originally a pagan celebration that worshipped the goddess Easter. She was the goddess of fertility and springtime and her earthly symbol was the rabbit. So this is how the tradition of the Easter Bunny began. I am so glad to hear that you have been doing much better with your feedings. Please keep it up for it is very important that you keep down all of your food and get stronger with every day that passes.

Happy Easter Smith Family! Caden is just so beautiful! looking so handsome in his big boy clothes. I asked Luke who he wanted to pray for at bedtime he said "baby Caden". His prayer went something like this..."Dear God, thank you for baby Caden, he's a good baby, make his heart feel better, amen" it was really sweet. Glad your family could celebrate with you today. We continue to pray.
