Caden is 3 months old today and he had a pretty good day. The antibiotics are now finished and his PIC line will be removed on Friday. They are going to hold off scoping his throat to look at his vocal cords for now. Dr. Nancy wants his body heal more before anymore procedures are done - Yeah! Now all Caden is working on is his feeding. We feel we are moving in the right direction and finally are seeing a light at the end of this tunnel. Thanks again for all your thoughts and prayers. They are working!!!!!!

I feel like I know you all so well just because I follow this so closely. I work with Deanna and we read your daily posts together at work. I've cried along with you and smiled as well, with how strong Caden is. He's a little fighter and I love seeing the pictures of him. My prayers are with you. How time flies, Caden! We are all so proud of the progress you have made so far and continue to make! If you think people are celebrating your 3 month, just wait til you turn one year....you get cake! That's right, CAKE! You may think that milk is good, but holy cow, its got nothing on cake! It'll get here faster than you know it, so start thinking through your plan on smearing it into your hair and ears. It takes some technique to get it done right. For now though, just keep getting bigger and cuter.
