Tomorrow is going to be an eventful day for us. I should be discharged by mid-morning and David and I will hopefully get into the Ronald McDonald house where we will be staying for the next 3-4 weeks. We have been on a waiting list, so we call in the morning to see if there is room for us. It is also our last day to hold Caden. Caden has quite a few monitors as you can see in the various pictures. They will be adding more lines to prep him for surgery on Monday so after Sunday we won't be able to hold him. We continue to be blessed with all your prayers and want to thank all of you for your comments, cards, and love.

    Jim and I are so excited to see your new addition. We have Ella praying every night for little Caden. Although she is a bit confused as to who "Miss Melissa" is but now that Caden is here and is named she doesn't ask as many questions. She says "God please watch over Caden's heart" And we all know that's what he'll do! Love, Shelby

    Congratulations on little Caden…he is so very cute and I think he looks like his mommy. Please know that I am praying for your little boy every day and you are in my thoughts always. Motherhood is such a wonderful thing and it appears to fit you well. Delaney & Gretchen blow kisses to Caden to help him heal faster. Love you and miss you.

    Hi, I'm a friend of Lisa Davis (love her!) and I had a preemie baby in the NICU for almost 3 mos. It is so hard. I will be praying for your family, Caden and the doctors.

    I have a lot of experience with pumping for a baby! If you need any help PLEASE e-mail me. I have lots of tips that will help save your back and your sanity.

    I'm praying harder than I've ever prayed for anyting for you & Caden to get successfully through all this. I'll be thinking of you all day today as you hold your precious son all day Sunday. God Bless Caden tomorrow and may
